NeuralNet is a distributed AI computing marketplace that connects computing power providers and AI developers. The Platform allows computing power providers to rent out their computing resources and AI developers to purchase these resources for AI training and inference tasks.

3. User Accounts

3.1 You must create an account to use certain features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. If any of your information is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, we may suspend or terminate your account.

4. Computing Power Provider Terms

4.1 As a computing power provider, you agree to provide computing resources according to the standards and protocols specified by the Platform.

4.2 You confirm that you have the right to rent out the computing resources you provide and that these resources meet the technical requirements of the Platform.

4.3 You understand and agree that the Platform will pay you based on actual usage and market pricing.

5. AI Developer Terms

5.1 As an AI developer, you agree to comply with the Platform's usage policies and not to use Platform resources for any illegal or unethical purposes.

5.2 You are responsible for ensuring that all code and data you upload to the Platform do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

5.3 You agree to pay for usage according to the rates specified by the Platform.

6. Payments and Fees

6.1 All fees are paid in NNET tokens or other cryptocurrencies supported by the Platform.

6.2 The Platform may charge transaction fees, which will be displayed on the Platform.

6.3 All payments are final and non-refundable once processed.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 The Platform and its content (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Users retain all rights to the content they upload to the Platform but grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, and display such content to provide and improve Platform services.

8. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you agree to our processing of your information according to the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer

9.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9.2 We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, nor do we guarantee that any errors will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuralNet and its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Modification of Terms

We may modify these terms from time to time. Modified terms will be posted on the Platform and will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, for any reason or no reason, without notice.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
